The singular speech on page 82 was composed by Dr. Franklin." (Sabin No 32145). - Sabin notes that the work by Young (Sabin 106120) entitled "The History of North and South America....2 vols., 1776." is an improved title of this work. - The map seems not to be registered by Phillips.
