Plate 1-2 showing orbits of earth and moon and different world-systems (these 2 are uncoloured). Plate 3-27 are double-page engraved maps, all handcoloured (the first 4 with a tear to lower part of centerfolding, but no loss). Old name on title and title with some strokes in crayon. Maps fine and clean, engraved on good paper. ¶ First edition of this fine atlas (a second edition was issued in Madrid 1801 with 26 maps).
