Fine provenance from two Swedish botanists. Nils Wilhelm Lundeqvist (1804-63) studied in Uppsala and became both a lawyer, a bookseller in Stockholm and later a farmer in Slätte in Västergötland. He wrote a local flora, ”Flora paroeciae Bränkyrka”, in 1827 of Brännkyrka outside Stockholm. Nils Johan Andersson (1821-80) was professor in botany and intendent at Riksmuseets botaniska samlingar, and also a participant of the circumpolar journey with the frigate Eugenie in 1851-53.
